Wizkid, Burna Boy Made It Big At BET Awards 2020, See Full List Of Winners

The annual BET Awards, known to honor Black excellence in entertainment and sports, held its first virtual ceremony on Sunday night due to the COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the world.

The award event was hosted by Amanda Seales and aired via ViacomCBS networks and for the first time on CBS national broadcast.

Nigerian Afrobeat music superstars, Wizkid and Burna Boy  won the awards in separate categories as Burna Boy emerged winner in the Best International Act for the second time.

Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid emerged winner in BET 2020 ‘Her Award’ category alongside Beyoncé for the song 'Brown Skin Girl’

Beyoncé was also honoured the BET Humanitarian Award by the former First Lady Michelle Obama.
