Oyo Ex-governor, Abiola Ajimobi Is Alive

Popular Investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has debunked the death rumors on social media and has confirmed the Oyo State former governor, Abiola Ajimobi is alive.

She wrote:

#BREAKING I was inundated by messages that fmr Governor @AAAjimobi Ajimobi has DIED in Lagos! I could not get info from Oyo lawmakers, elites, media. I have finally confirmed and spoke to the family 9:15pm 6/18/20🇳🇬
He is ALIVE and talking recovering 💪🏾

A daughter told me: "God is not ready to take him Aunty Kemi. We decided to keep our dad's health private. He has served Nigeria and will continue his goodwill."
The Ajimobi's are my second cousins. The former governor has been recovering from #Covid19 related complications

Several reports going viral on social media suggest the National Deputy Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) passed on at the age of 70.

Recall, LIFESTYLEGIST earlier reported, Ajimobi has been on the hospital bed battling with COVID-19 for few weeks now.

Many Nigerians are in shock and are finding it really hard to believe death report..
