COVID-19: Nigeria's Total Infections Exceed 20,000 With 518 Deaths

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 436 new COVID-19 cases in the country, bringing total number of infections to 20,244.

NCDC disclosed this via it official twitter page Sunday night.
