COVID-19: Nigeria Records 594 New Cases, Total Infections Near 23,000

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 594 Coronavirus infections in the country, bringing total number of cases to 22,614.

NCDC revealed this Thursday night via it official twitter page.

Meanwhile, a total of 7,822 infected patients have fully recovered and discharged to unite with family and friends.

In Nigeria, 549 persons have died due to COVID-19 complications including prominent persons in the country.

Just yesterday, the immediate past Governor of Oyo State and National  Deputy Chairman of the ruling party All Progressive Congress, (APC) died from COVID-19 related complications.
