COVID-19: Oyo Govt Gives Update On New Cases As Infections Rise To 240

The Oyo state government has confirmed seven new COVID-19 cases in the state 

This was confirmed by the state governor Engr Seyi Makinde which giving COVID-19 Task Force Update.

The Governor who is also the head of COVID-19 task force disclosed that six are from iSON Xperiences and one case is also from Ibadan SW Local Govt Area. 

He urged residents to take precautions and call appropriate center if showing any COVID-19 symptoms.

He wrote,

OYO STATE COVID-19 TASK FORCE UPDATE (MAY 24, 2020)

1. The COVID-19 confirmation tests for seven suspected cases came back POSITIVE. Six are from iSON Xperiences and one case is also from Ibadan SW Local Govt Area. So, the total number of confirmed cases in Oyo State is 240.
