NCDC Confirms Nineteen COVID-19 Cases In Five States

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has reported Nineteen new coronavirus cases in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Akwa Ibom and Edo

NCDC made this known via it official Twitter account on Tuesday night

NCDC wrote;

Nineteen new cases of #COVID19 have been reported as follows:

14 in Lagos

2 in FCT

1 in Kano

1 in Akwa Ibom

1 in Edo

As at 09:20 pm 14th April there are 362 confirmed cases of COVID19 reported in Nigeria.

99 patients have been discharged while 11 deaths have been recorded

It would be recalled that President Mohammad Buhari earlier extended by two weeks the total lockdown in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun.

While some States have also declared total lockdown by their States.
