The Lagos State government has confirmed
the death of another COVID-19 patient in the State.
Commissioner for Health, Pro. Akin Abayomi, who made the announcement on Saturday morning via his official Twitter account, stated that the patient died in a private hospital.
He wrote,
" We are however saddened by the death of another patient from #COVID19 related complications in a private hospital in Lagos.
Please keep obeying #SocialDistanacing rules to #StaySafe #ForAGreaterLagos"
With the announcement, it should be noted that, four COVID-19 deaths have been recorded in Lagos and eight across the country.
