Osun State Government has announced that, ten out of 17 patients that tested positive for coronavirus in the state have been discharged after they tested negative to the disease twice.
The was announced by the State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola via his verified Twitter account.
He wrote,
"I am happy to inform you today that 10 of the 17 patients at our Ejigbo facility have tested negative twice for the virus in line with the National Centre for Disease Control protocol, and will soon be released to join their families and live their normal lives".
He urged residents of the state to maintain social distancing and continue to comply with the lockdown order in the state.
