Nollywood Actress Funke Akindele Bello has been charged to court for hosting a birthday party for her husband Abdulrasheed Bello popularly known as JJC Skillz amid the COVID-19 lockdown.
It was gathered that Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) is leading the prosecution team against Mrs. Akindele Bello.
Report revealed the hearing is slated for 11am at Ogba Magistrate court 1 today.
Funke Akindele who was arrested for going against the lockdown order has reportedly spent the night at the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID office in Panti, Lagos.
Funke’s husband, Abdulrasheed Bello popularly known as JJC Skillz who was a reportedly absent during his wife’s arrest turned himself in and is currently with her in Panti.
Singer Naira Marley and other guests at the party who the police have asked to report at the SCID for questioning are still being awaited.
