Reports say, one person has lost his life in a clash of two conflicting groups over the superintendency of a motorcycle/tricycle garage at Ganmo area, of Ilorin, Kwara State.
It was gathered that the clash was provoked by the two groups headed by Taye Oloshe and late Albarka over the management of the motorcycle/tricycle park in the area.
The leader of one of the conflicting groups, Albarka was killed during the clash that arised between his group and the other group headed by Taye Oloshe.
A source who spoke to newsmen on the incident said “late Albarka sustained machete cuts which led to his death”.
While at the same time, the Leader of the other group, Oloshe also sustained machete cuts. He is currently at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the general hospital, Oke-Oyi, Ilorin East.
While confirming the occurrence, the spokesman of Kwara state Police Command, DSP Ajayi Okasanmi revealed that the command has already made an arrest and further investigation has commenced.
Adding that, one person has been confirmed dead while so many were injured.
