Just In! Coronavirus Pandemic - On Close Contact With Bauchi Governor Tests Positive

Report Says, a close contact with the Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed have tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-19) bringing confirmed cases to two.

This was disclosed in a situation update given by the Commissioner for Health , Dr.Aliyu Maigoro while addressing newsmen in Bauchi, the state capital on Thursday.

Aliyu Said "Out of the 48 highly risk persons tested, two have been confirmed positive. 37 returned negative and we are awaiting the results of nine samples,”

He declared further that a new confirmed case is a 62 years old friend to the governor, Sen Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir who had contact with him.

It would be recalled that Governor Bala Mohammed tested positive for coronavirus after he had contact with Atiku's son.
