Explosion rocks Ondo, Destroys Over 100 Buildings

Report says, over hundred buildings were destroyed in the early hours of today following an explosion in Ondo State.

It was gathered that the explosion happened in the early hours of Saturday at Eleyowo, Akure, along Owo-Akure highway around.

Speaking with the newsmen, residents of the area disclosed they had a terrifying loud sound at midnight.

It was disclosed that, a full boarding school, Aina Awawul Secondary School, one the most popular churches in Akure, Possibility Ground Ministry, as well as filling station and hundreds of buildings were affected by the explosion.
