After so much pressure, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mohammad Buhari will finally address the country by 7pm today, Sunday March 29.
This was revealed in a press release the presidency released via Twitter.
The tweet reads:
STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE
PRESIDENT BUHARI BROACASTS TO THE NATION
President @MBuhari will broadcast to the nation Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 7pm.
Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (@NTANewsNow) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast. //
It would be recalled that, citizens have called on the President to address the nation following the reports that the President and the chief of staff are in critical condition.
