Breaking! COVID-19 - Nigeria's Confirmed Cases Hit 35

Five new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country, totaling a number of 35 cases.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed this via its Twitter handle on Monday.

It was gathered that, the new cases include two in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), two in Lagos state and one in Edo state, which means the virus has spread to six states.

It was also gathered that, two of the five cases are returning travellers from the United Kingdom.

It should be noted that, this new development brings cases in Lagos to 24, FCT – 6, Ogun- 2, Ekiti- 1, Oyo- 1, Edo- 1
